Rhonda was born and raised in the Park Rapids/Osage/Ponsford area. In 1986, she moved to California and graduated from Pacific Grove High School in the Monterey Bay area. As natives of the Park Rapids area often do, she decided to move back home and went to school for Travel Industry and started working in the travel agency business. She was also most recently the store manager at the local Park Rapids Ace Hardware store where she made lots of friends and contacts in the community.
She has 4 grown children with 3 living in Park Rapids, 1 in Colorado Springs. She enjoys planning family get togethers, being outside and watching her children in their sports and other activities. She has also added 4 grandchildren to the growing family and always looks forward to time with them.
Rhonda has completed her GRI training. GRI stands for Graduate of the Realtor Institute. These courses give her more education to help you in your real estate transaction. Brandon was raised in the Park Rapids/Osage/Ponsford area. He graduated in 2007 from Park Rapids Area High School. After moving to Grand Rapids, Fargo and Burnsville he found himself missing the small town feel of Park Rapids and moved back in 2020. The travels outside of Park Rapids did lead him to his wife Shannon. They are happily married with 2 young boys that keep them on their toes.
Brandon has many hobbies and most of them revolve around sports and the outdoors. His favorite sports accomplishment was being a co-captain on the Park Rapids baseball team that won the state consolation championship his senior year. He enjoys watching all types of sports and plays golf and softball in the summer. While golfing, his goal is to keep up with his wife, who was a collegiate golfer at MSUM. He also looks forward to deer hunting season every year with his large family on the Gartner Farm in Two Inlets.
Brandon spent 10 years in the retail industry as a manager of Sports City in Fargo and Dicks Sporting Goods in Burnsville before taking a position as Category Manager for Breakthru Beverage, a liquor distribution company. He has grown up around the home ownership business. His father is a successful General Contractor in the Park Rapids area for Gartner-Johnson Construction & Design.
